1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and RV Safety Guide. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. The service is intended for adult RV travelers.
2. Beta service
The service is under active development. Features, coverage, data, providers and availability may change. Results may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable or incorrect. Beta feedback may be used to improve the service.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your password and device sessions, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. We may restrict or suspend access needed to protect users, data or the service.
4. Your responsibilities
- Enter accurate loaded vehicle dimensions, weight and operating characteristics.
- Review the complete route and all warnings before travel.
- Independently verify clearances, restrictions, closures, permits, weather, border rules, campground fit, availability and reservations with official or direct sources.
- Obey signs, laws, officers, road authorities, closures and real-world conditions.
- Use a passenger or stop safely before interacting with the service. Do not use it while driving.
5. No guarantee of safety, access or availability
Labels such as “RV-safe,” “compatible,” “verified,” “ready,” or a green check describe the app’s result from the information available at that time. They do not guarantee clearance, legal passage, road condition, vehicle fit, campsite availability, border admission, fuel availability or safe travel. Missing warnings do not mean a route is hazard-free.
6. Campgrounds and reservations
Choosing or saving a campground does not create a reservation. Campground rules, site dimensions, access, rates and availability can change. Contact the campground or its authorized booking service before relying on a stay.
7. Third-party content and links
The service uses or links to government agencies, mapping and routing providers, weather services, border agencies, campground operators and other third parties. Their content, services and policies remain their responsibility. Links do not imply endorsement, and we are not responsible for third-party availability or transactions.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, evade security controls, scrape or bulk-download protected content, submit unlawful or deceptive material, or use the service to endanger others. You may submit good-faith corrections and feedback but must not knowingly submit false information.
9. Intellectual property and data sources
The application design, original text and original software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Government, map, campground and other source data may have separate ownership, attribution and reuse terms. These Terms do not transfer rights in third-party content.
10. Disclaimers and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RV Campground Compatibility and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, travel disruption, property damage, injury or loss arising from reliance on the service. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised Terms. Questions may be sent to support@campgroundcompatibility.com.
